“Deserves much more than 3 stars.My husband and I travelled on business to Wroclaw and arrived late at night.
On first impression the hotel looks a little run down at Reception, but as soon as we saw our room we couldn’t have been more wrong. The rooms are enormous, the bathrooms are fabulous and the beds are one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
The staff are very helpful at all times and can’t do enough for you - coffee when the restaurant was closed, an umbrella on hand to borrow when I left mine in my room, spending time to show you where the best shopping areas are on the map etc. etc.
The location is perfect, right around the corner from the old city and close to everything else.
The restaurant is Gourmet! The breakfasts are the same as you would have anywhere although they seemed to be set out much nicer, but the dinners really are a treat. We were there two nights and ate in the restaurant both nights as it was so good. It’s called Brasserie 27, but I’ll probably write about it separately in the restaurant section.
Only one very small thing which won’t affect everyone.... no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.... for people with glasses who can’t see to put their make-up on without one!!

"I stayed at the hotel on my business trip to Wroclaw. It was just a few minutes walking from the very center of the city (Market square - Rynek) on a busy street.
The check-in went smoothly, room was very nice with a view of the city center. My bed was very comfortable, minibar with good selections of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, awesome bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and it was really good - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, ham, spreads, different kinds of bread, yogurts, cereal, juices, tea, jam, fruit, vegetables, etc.
There is also a fitness center and sauna in the hotel, which was very clean a well equipped. Free wireless Internet is also included. Air conditioning worked fine.
I would recommend this hotel to business travelers as well as to everyone traveling to Wroclaw for pleasure. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that the electricity was out in the whole hotel a few times. I don’t know what was the reason, but it caused a little bit of inconvenience."

„Although my decision to choose the Europeum was due to problems with reservation in other hotel, I will definitely book a room directly at the hotel, the next time when I am visiting Wroclaw. I am a pretty picky person and I have read opinions of other hotel guest who have stayed there and I must say that the negative opinions are not justified. After the renovation, the rooms are cozy and inviting. Windows (for the entire length and height of the wall) overlook the old city architecture which adds nice atmosphere. Bathrooms – elegant and clean. Distance from the old town or rather its closeness is another advantage of the hotel. The only problem is the underground parking – there are plenty of parking lots but the entrance gate is very narrow and leads through two sharp curves. Walls by the entry gate prove that many guests had problems with entering the garage. It requires some patience and even a car as long as 5,1 meters may enter and exit the garage without any injuries – I have done it myself. I may valuate my stay at the Europeum hotel, especially as far as the price is concerned, at a very high grade.”

Restaurant food was good quality - pity there is no room service. Great value for money, but book early because it is always full."
